You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — no questions asked.

✏️ Wrong Shipping Address?
Entered the wrong address?
Let us know within 24 hours of ordering, and we’ll update it before your package ships.
Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, address changes are not possible.
📦 Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails, most carriers will make two attempts before returning the package to us. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order.

We’ll send out a replacement at no extra cost.
